Homemade Copper Kettle Peanut Brittle

Our homemade Peanut Brittle starts in one of our original copper kettles.

We use fresh butter from our local Pennsylvania farm. We roast the peanuts fresh & cool this on our 5 ton Steel table. We stretch during the cooling phase.
