I have been a huge fan of Cheese Straws for many years, always looking for the right taste, the right “snap”, the right level of spice…only to be left somewhat empty for what I truly desired. There are many good cheese straws on the market, but I wanted a GREAT Cheese Straw, so I took matters into my own hands. After months of development in my kitchen, I finally satisfied my biggest critic…me. I named them “MaCheeseMo” because they had the “punch”, “spice” and “flavor” that I thought was manly.
