Your Board comes pre-oiled, however we suggest oiling again before first use. Mineral oil or any cutting board oil/conditioner is recommended.

Periodically re-oil your cutting board to keep it from drying out or warping.

Handwash your cutting board after each use, do not put in dishwasher.

Refrain from letting yur cutting board soak in water.
